Print in two (or more) of your favourite colours
1x Base
1x Top
1x Loop
2xLarge Gear
1x Small Gear
Snap fit together depending on printer tolerances. (You can always drill the holes of the gears and cover bigger to fit. Rather too tight than too loose)
I always add a dab of super glue just to make sure it stays together, dance floors are a different game….
Thread a ribbon through the hoop, I would use a wide ribbon and squeeze it through to give more stability, but up to you.
