Engine Transfer Conveyor

This is my on going project where current manual engine transfer line need to be dismantle and replace to a new semi auto conveyor systems. Previous systems, operator manually pushing one pallet with complete engine assy on the ball transfer line to the end where the scissor lifter trolley standby to carry the engine underneath the car's body for installation. Once the engine complete install to the car's body, an empty pallet returned back by scissor lifter and operator manually pulling the pallet to home position and this process repeat for every 5 minutes of cycle time. This new conveyor is to improve in term of to reduce a heavy job need to be done by operator to push and pull a such 600 kg pallet with engine along 7 to 8 meters in distance. Operator just need to assemble the engine on the pallet at home position only and once start button is switch on, the conveyor will transfer the pallet with engine till the end and the scissor lifter will take over to do its job. When job is done, an empty pallet is returned back by scissor lifter to the new conveyor and lift down transfer at lower conveyor to the end and lift up at home position. Total pallet on conveyor systems running = 4 units.
