This is a filter to be placed on the incoming air from a Envirovent heatSava.

I noticed I may have been getting an allergy from it continuously pulling in air, this could be from outdoor contaminants. However, I feel like the heat recovery element may have bacteria or spores inside.

The carbon filter I had was for a Nissan Qashqai 2006 1.5 diesel. You might be able to find them cheap at a car parts outlet. This filter is 20mm deep.

Cut the filter so it's 47mm wide and with enough length to fill the housing.

I used bathroom silicone between the filter edges and the housing to prevent leakage.

Simply superglue the two STLs together and attach to the vent with tape.

Some thin foam on the mating surfaces may help with sealing.

It's a bit fiddly to construct and requires a remix but does the job.
