EOD Campaign Hat

The badge needs to be printed at best resolution with a 0.2mm nozzle then heated with a heat gun to give it the arc it needs. I formed mine on a big stainless bowl. I then epoxied a single ribbon set of pins to the back. The acorn nut needs to be printed with a raft. The acorns need high resolution but use a knife to trim out the bomb to accept the cap! 1/4" Paracord is the band itself.
