er11 tool holder + tray

have built own cnc mill and have tools (end mills, twist drills, chamfer bits etc) added to library in fusion 360. found setting tool stickout when inserting tool in spindle was fiddly and annoying.

designed holder that holds er11 collet nut, tool and appropriate size collet in one easy to manipulate unit. the tool's stickout is set by the depth of the hole in the holder and is repeatable.

two main files: dxf to allow thing to be published (1/4" tool diam, 40mm stickout), and f3d file for parameterized model

update: added stl file for small bit holder tray. tray holds four bit holders. printing setup same as for bit holder
