ERC-MPCNC Needle Cutter

This is a remix of the needle cutter from Edward Chew's ERC TimSav foam cutter... adapted for MPCNC.

It has been virtually assembled and is now a one-piece print. The flywheel is identical to Edward's version. All the assembly instructions (less the glue up) and parts are the same as for the ERC TimSav -- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3951161

UPDATE: The "r2" version does away with counter-sunk motor mount holes and adds holes on side plates for mounting accessories, etc.

UPDATE 8/26/20: Added MPCNC backplate for those who need to use Edward's flat parts. I have not printed and tested this... use at your own risk.
