This product was designed for Grandma Li to reduce hand fatigue and pain.

Typical cooking utensils such as a flipper has thin handle that requires user to use pinch grip which causes hand strain for users like Grandma Li who suffers from the arthritis. This product is a handle that can replace the handle part of the cooking utensil, allowing the switch from pinch to power grip. Use of larger muscles from power grip will reduce user's hand strain and uncomfortableness.

Furthermore, curve with ergonomic consideration enhances comfort for user. The dimensions considered typical women's hand size to make it best fit my user. With the hinge, the product can be fully opened; it is easy to clean.
