ESAPI MOLLE blowout

The ESAPI Blowout Plate is a purpose-built MOLLE-compatible backing panel designed to integrate seamlessly with standard ESAPI-shaped plate carriers. Featuring a grid-based front structure and durable composite frame, it provides a rigid mounting surface for modular attachments while maintaining the familiar ESAPI cut profile. Engineered to function as a plate-shaped utility platform, this backing panel allows users to mount first aid pouches, trauma kits, tools, cables, and other mission-essential gear directly behind or in place of a ballistic insert (when used in non-ballistic applications). The structured grid pattern supports consistent attachment spacing and load distribution across the surface.I recommend printing in PETG or ABS for the most rigidity. For smaller printers, or for some other reasons, splitting the plate in the center will create 2 panels, which you can adhere together or leave seperate.
