This piece is designed to allow you to attach a cooling fan to a 30mm wide ESC.

Just cut back the heat shrink around the ESC, apply some thermal paste and the locking pins on the fan will lock into the tabs holding it all together.
This is particularly useful in FPV planes like the skyhunter that don't have great airflow through the fuselage.
