Escape from Dulce Chit Holder

Holder for all the round "chits" used in the **Secret Unknown Stuff: Escape from Dulce** board game from [Sentient Cow Games](http://www.sentientcowgames.com/). The game is great fun, but with lots of pieces, I wanted something better than baggies to keep them in while playing. The tolerances are just a bit on the snug side, so you may want to scale it up just a touch.
