ESP-Cam full IO case

This is a remix of the great AI Thinker ESP camera case model from MagnusT, but without the need of removing the IO pins on the board. I just smoothed edges and corrected height, mounting holes position and venting holes alignment.

The idea is to use phone insulating tape on the lid to make it "press to close".
