I wanted to try my hand at making my own ESP32 case as, and I'm pretty sure I've never said this before, I wasn't totally happy with other solutions available. I mostly use these boards as bluetooth proxies for home assistant and I don't need any access to the IO pins so this case is about as small as possible and fully enclosed. There are 2 holes for the LEDs to shine through and both buttons on the board are easy to press without removing the cover. The cover snaps on and the board is easily removable should you need to take it out of the case at any point. I printed mine at 0.16mm layer height and it takes less than 30 minutes including all the calibration and flow testing on a bambu x1. I can't guarantee results if you print at a thicker layer height, the features for the snap fit are fairly small on this, but it might work.
