ESP32 water meter adapter

This is a remix of jomjols awesome water meter project.
I remixed it in order to

- have less parts to print
- avoid the requirement of supports
- make use of a ESP32-CAM-MB module which has USB on board for power and programming

Downside is that you now need some screws to put it together. You will need:

- 3 x M3x10mm DIN912 to connect tubus and adapter
- 2 x M2.5x6mm DIN912 to connect ESP32 housing and tubus

I added fusion360 files in for easy modification. Most likely you will need it for the adapter as every meter seems to be slightly differen.
