ESP32cam Upright camera mount

Hi, unfortunately I no longer publish designs on Thingiverse.

There I will continue to maintain my designs and also publish completely new ones.
I have also published several of my designs there in file format for OpenSCAD. This allows you to adapt them better to your personal needs.

Changes:
* move the connector to bottom side to mount it upright on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5322479
* add slot for antenna wire
* remove slot for micro usb port
* enlarge case and backsied to 102% (fits better in my oppion)
* change hole on backsode to present 5V and GRD Pin

The ring is the same as in @Electroniclibre design
