ESPixelStick V3 Case

This is a case designed to hold an ESPixelstick V3

Printing:

0.4mm Nozzle, 40% infill

Additional parts:

4x Heat Set inserts (M3 Brass Insert 100pcs, 5 mm OD, 5.7 mm Length, Female M3)
2x PG7 Glands
4x M3x7 Socket Head Bolts
1x Silicone
1x Conformal coat spray
5x Ferrule ( Optional )
1x Outdoor 16 Gauge wire in round sleeve
1x Ray Wu, X-Connect, ETC cable
1x SD Card ( For EsPixelStick )
100000000x Christmas lights :)


Post processing:

1)Clean up any stringing
2) sand down holes for Glands.
3) Install heat set inserts
4) Install Glands
5) Put connectors on glands
6) Connect cabling to EsPixelStick
7) Test pixel stick
7) Screw lid closed
8) Coat container with Conformal coating / ???
9) Enjoy
