This is a simple distribution tool for espresso which uses a 3D printed body and seven 0.4 mm needles sold for cleaning 3D printer nozzles:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07DVHKF3X
I printed the body in PET-G on a Lulzbot Mini with a 0.5 mm nozzle. The body was printed in its normal orientation without support
The holes in the bottom are a friction fit for the head of the needles. However, some cleaning up is usually needed, since the holes are usually somewhat obstructed. To clean up the holes, I used a sewing needle about 1.2 mm in diameter. Using a pair of pliers, I pushed the needle into each hole until it bottomed out, then twisted it.
To assemble, I first trimmed the needles to 40 mm in length (measured below the head), then installed them in the 3D printed body.
