A 54mm espresso dosing funnel with optional magnets to help it stick on to your portafilter.   I got a new Breville espresso machine and was looking around for some accessories I could 3D print. I realized that all the dosing funnels I was finding were either too complex for my liking or would fit in the basket using an internal ring, which I didn't like because it would leave a gap in the grounds when you would take it off. I absolutely loved some of these models but wanted to create something that would be simple, easy to print, and would stick on to the portafilter without needing that inner lip (hopefully while also looking stylish of course).   This is what I came up with! This is currently only for 54mm portafilters and baskets and has been tested for Breville and Sage machines, but I am working on one for 58mm baskets so stay tuned for that. Let me know if you have any requests for other sizes as well!   There are also two versions of this model: One with captive magnets that you have to insert by pausing the print, press fitting (with maybe a drop of glue if you think it's too loose) magnets into the holes, then resuming the print. Do make sure that your magnets are pushed in all the way as leaving them sticking out a bit might causes your print head to run into the magnets! I made the tolerances a little bit looser so that you can get the magnets in even if your machine isn't perfectly calibrated. The second one prints fully with no pauses and leaves holes in the bottom of the file so that you can glue in some magnets after the print is finished. I would definitely use a tiny drop of glue for each magnets with this file as there is nothing stopping the magnets from sliding out other than friction, which might not be enough as I made the tolerances looser to support more printers.
