Update 12/27/2016: I've added a version for the Acaia Lunar scale.
A common problem with espresso portafilters is that they don't fit well on most 0.1g or 0.01g kitchen scales. The scale plates are a little small. Place the plate on top of your scale and the PF on top of the plate. The riser on one end of the plate helps keep the basket end of the PF level. With a spouted PF, place the handle in the notch on the riser and the spouts on the non-riser end. With a bottomless PF, place the basket end on the riser and the handle on the non-riser end.
You can just print the plate and it will sit on top of the scale. Or... if you have 500g scale like this one, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QFCG5ZQ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1, then you can print out the frame and glue it to the underside of the plate. Then the two combined will sit on top of the scale and won't move around.
