I designed this tool to make engine clips for 18mm diameter x 70mm A, B, & C size engines from used windshield wiper blades. You will need to print both parts for the tool to work correctly.

Simply remove the spring steel strips out of the used wiper blade (which can be found in the trash cans in front of just about any auto parts store) and cut a piece the same length as the top of the plunger. Center the metal strip and insert it into the slot in the plunger. Evenly push the plunger into the base. After removing the clip, use the slots in the top of the plunger to make any corrective bends to the clip. (It is usually not quite 90 degrees when removed from the tool.)
