I hope you will enjoy my own designed holder for the ethernet cable, which diameter is 5.02 cm.
I wasn't printing with supports, but if you are printing this with ABS, I will definitely advise you to add them.

-This thing was designed in Autodesk Fusion 360 and I really recommend it for such things.
-The diameter of this holder is 5.02mm
