EV Charger Hanger

I wanted a way to organize my ‘24 Nissan Leaf charging cable. It also needed to support the increased weight of the charger so that it didn’t pull out of the outlet. The design I came up with is built to be mounted with the electrical outlet in the middle allowing the inside edge of the hanger to support the weight of the charger. I put small offsets on the back to prevent it from interfering with the outlet plate and the mounting holes are such that you have lots of options but are ideal if your outlet is mounted to one side of a stud providing 3 mounting holes that hit the same stud the outlet is mounted to (on either side). I printed mine in black PETG because it can get pretty warm in the garage and I didn't want it warp in the heat. I used some black drywall screws to mount it and it feels very secure.
