EV3 Robotics Kit (Case) Clip

A clip designed to hold the lids of EV3 Mindstorms cases closed. These are good for transporting kits as there is less chance that the lid will fall off sending lego flying everywhere. This design is based on an existing stl I found on thingiverse but I extended the clip so it holds the kits closed much better. This is why the Skechup file is a bit messy as importing stl's create a lot of mess inside of Sketchup.

I originally used 4 clips on each corner of the lid but over time have moved to using one on each handle at the ends of the kit and this has been working well.

Another idea is you could print them in different colours to help identify kits by purpose or owner.
