Filter cap replacement for the Everydrop 2 water filter used in many refrigerator models including Whirlpool, Amana, JennAir, MayTag, and KitchenAid. Factory replacement caps sell for $40 or more.
This replaces the original if lost, and allows you to remove the filter, which because it is recessed can be difficult to do by hand. The factory filter cap has a latching function which this replacement does not have (because that's how ours got thrown out by mistake). To use, align the arrow embossed on the top of this cap with the arrow on the filter, press on, and twist to remove the filter.
I've attached an .stl file export, and a G-Code file with tree supports and some rafting. This G-Code is designed for PLA on an Ender-3 printer with BL-Touch installed but should be transferrable to other printers.
