Everyfolke: Jogger

I've had 1/2 of this character set kicking around for a while, but we recently launched a [Kickstarter for some new modern civilians/horror survivors](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/illgottengames/everyfolke-horror-survivor-miniature-stls), so I figured I'd finish the "casual" pose and tie that into the campaign. The campaign models come pre-supported, but Theo here prints support free on FDM machines (plus I've included some pre-supported versions for those who want this in resin).

I'm also making special rules for this guy for our horror skirmish game, MEAT, which is currently available to our [Patreon](https://www.patreon.com/illgottengames) and [Tribes](https://www.myminifactory.com/users/IllGottenGames#/) supporters.
