EVO X - ECU Case - Standalone

This project was designed for a standalone ECU swap for a 2008-2015 Mitsubishi lancer Evolution X Start with a basic lancer ECU - same connector around those years, ebay or junkyard is good for this - if cutting connectors try to get a much wiring as possible, 6-7inches is ideal.Will need to de-solder the board once disassembled - hot air toolCut the ecu case at the first lengthwise horizontal mark - see picFor wiring pins, de-pin them from the doner ecu connector, you can choose to crimp them or solder. I soldered.Install case onto finished wiring, epoxy would be the best fill but you could try engine sealant for a serviceability
