Evolution D5 Golf Cart - Ball Replacement

This is a replacement for the golf ball holder on the Evolution D5 golf cart. Originally I designed this as a two piece unit, however I've now improved that design and its now a single piece unit that does not require any supports for printing. It has a drainage hole (if it is ever needed). I also included 3 locating pins (under the top flange) that go into the “old” tee holes and a screw block that one of the screws from the old ball holder goes in to keep it in place. Be careful with the screw block as the old screw does not need to be screwed all the way in. The locating pins are designed to be embedded 2mm into the flange but they will snap off if too much pressure is applied to them when fitting. What you see in the bin is some rubber and felt so items would not rattle around when driving. Printed in PLA.
