All design constraints met:- Mass, Design Envelope, Datum Interfaces, Fastener Diameters/Locations, Minimum Edge Distances and Minimum Wall Thickness. Robust Finite Element Analysis and conservative boundary conditions to demonstrate converged stress distributions. Robust Fused Deposition Modeling Build Analysis to show potential build requiring no additional support structure. Ease of assembly using standard fasteners.
