EX30 Trunk

This trunk hooks onto the rear bar above the taillight on the Begode EX30 electric unicycle. It provides storage space for tools, food, or whatever the rider wants to put in it. Squeezing the knob unlatches the door, which opens on hinges in the back.

I used Velcro to secure the battery on the shelf. Another latch, inside the top of the trunk, holds or releases the horizontal shelf.

Ensure each piece is oriented flat side down for slicing. I use 190-degree nozzle temperature to minimize warpage (and the amount of sanding required to mate left and right pairs).

I used tree supports for the doors and trunks, for ease of removal.

I used 3mm x 40mm screws and nuts for the hinges.
