Executioner's Block

I modelled this based on the block that was used to decapitate Anne Boelyn. If you couldn't grab the fancy guillotine, you'd probably need something else to dispatch those NPCs or cheeky players. It's even cheaper than the guillotine but requires some man power. We don't want any mishaps now do we?
