Exercise Bike Cup Holder

Generic cup holder for a bike / exercise bike.

The smaller part (clamp) has a diameter of 30mm when fully open and has slots for zip ties.

The larger part (cup holder) has a starting internal diameter for 75mm that tapers down to 65mm at the base. The base wall at the bottom of the cup is intentionally thin in case it needs to be cut out to fit different cups. This wall is however thick enough to hold a full water bottle without breaking in my experience.

I print the clamp on its side and the cup standing up. In my experience both parts require support as there are overhangs where the parts fir together. This attachment point holds together fine for me without glue using PETG but I would assume you could add glue to make it even more secure.
