Expanding pipe mandrel (configurable)

This device expands inside a pipe, providing support from inside the pipe and allowing you to "zip" a sheet metal pipe back up, cut a sheet metal pipe without the risk of "unzipping" it, cut holes in it etc.

The STL is for 10cm pipe, with tool expansion ranging from 9cm to 11cm, using a 6cm bolt with ~8mm diameter.
