Explorer HD Heavy Mounting

This is V2 there is a raised inner section on the back plate now this locks the camera in to place without needing the mounting screws. You can still use 12mm m3 bolts to prevent the camera from rotating if the back plate is not enough.

The back plate is secure with 4mm m3 bolts to the case.

The case and back plate use Ruthex M3 threaded inserts, v2 reduced the insert hole size for tighter fit.

Finally the back plate has a slot to allow water to freely move through the body, and the front push forward some to better center the lens still allowing water to flow.

You will need 13x m3 inserts per body, 4x 4mm bots to secure the back to the mount. You then are free to use what ever size bolts are needed to mount the camera. If the camera rotates in the housing use 2x 12mm M3 bolts on either side of the housing to prevent rotation.
