This is a cap I designed for my co-workers. It solves a small but annoying issue we have. For some reason Expo markers do not have clips. so, this slides on to the marker and you can then tie it on to something to hang. We use expos to write on the windshield of our work trucks and hang them off of the “Grab Handle” (legal name look it up). Also, because I know you are observant; I didn't have an expo marker on hand when I took the photos but works just as well on a sharpie.
