This is a design of 12v lithium battery pack.
you can extend its volume by stack up more packs.
No spot welding needed. Only welding you need is the battery manage system.
Easy to assamble.

This contain three files.
newBatteryPack12v-M-v3.STL : M piece, it is the main frame
newBatteryPack12v-S-v3.STL : S piece, it is the piece between two batteries
newBatteryPack12v-J-v3.STL : J piece, is the piece at the end of the battery pack to hold the spring contacts and also the connecting piece for extending the pack.
When you print you need 1xM piece, 2xS pieces and 2xJ pieces for each stack.
When you assamble you need to insert the 3 pairs of metal spring contact in to J piece first. Then you put 1xM and 2xS together, make sure they are faceing the correct direction. A
