extended hold down clamp for whatever

Extended reach hold down clamp for whatever. I copied Shuckz excellent design 5166539 and gave it a longer neck.

I designed this knob and when I print it at 133% it fits my T-bolt nuts nicely but I have to bore the hole out a bit.
