Extended Quick Release Side Buckle 23mm

My little dog got so fat that her expensive Hunter harness no longer comfortably fitted her. Rather than spend another 50+ Euros on a new harness, I decided to spend around 1.000 Euro on a printer and accessories to print this extender quick release buckle :) The source buckle I used has been significantly remixed as this was the quickest way to design this part. The version here is specific for my needs but it is relatively easy to change the width of the bucklet for your needs (use your favorite CAD software, you probably have to prototype a few before you have the right size). I printed a few prototypes in PLA but the side legs of the male part are too weak for regular use so I recommend to print is PETG (or something that is more robust but is still a bit flexible). The female part of the buckle could use supports (inside) as it may be stringy without but I didn't use supports and my final PETG version works fine without supports.
