Extended Spool Roller Holder

I recently built a dry box and needed a way to mount my spools. I found MartinNohr's [spool roller](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4013896) which worked great for my regular sized spools but it was too short for my larger 2.3kg spools.

This is a redesign of Martin's thing in Fusion 360. It closely follows that design except is 3cm longer to accommodate the larger spool. My design uses finer pitch threads as I didn't want to venture into designing custom threads in Fusion 360. These are M28x2 threads with clearance adjusted for my printer. The tolerances are close but should work for most people. If someone would like to update the threads to something coarser, the Fusion 360 source files are included.
