Extended thumb control for steering

This new steering control knob is extended by about 5.6 mm and is wider by 7 mm. This is to enable a person with smaller hands to control their RC vehicule one handed more confortably over longer period. I have included two other versions one at 8.6 mm and 10.6. Same thickness.
