Mount your external hard drive onto your laptop lid using magnets. I have made it as thin as possible, consisting of two 2mm-thick cards. This design was necessary because I could only find 1.5mm-thick magnets that were strong enough for secure attachment. The top plate covering the magnet is only 0.4mm thick. To optimize the print quality, I set the layer height to 0.12mm and applied ironing. However, it is still slightly translucent, making the circular shape of the magnet faintly visible. Increasing the thickness by 0.1mm to 0.2mm would improve the appearance and reduce transparency. Or you can try other dark colors. I used Polymaker's CoPE filament, which combines the advantages of PLA and PETG. It performs well, and I believe using PLA should yield similar quality results. https://us.polymaker.com/products/panchroma-cope-regular The magnets used are 15mm in diameter and 1.5mm thick neodymium magnets. https://share.temu.com/5skLMCSoc4C Recommended to use 3M double-sided tape to
