External GPU & PCI-E Riser Holder for Crypto Mining

Remixed Ammarcoux's design to allow it to support larger video cards, such as the RTX 3070 and 3080. The footprint of the holder is longer and wider for more stability and the holder is taller to provide more ground clearance to limit dust picked up by the GPU.

Suggest printing in PETG as some of these video cards can get fairly hot! PLA should be okay but why risk it.
