If you work in an office with a computer or anywhere that uses lots of technology or devices, chances are that you use lots of power cords to power everything you need. Most power outlets contain only two outlets and this is usually not enough to power all of your devices. You may use an extension cord to power devices from other outlets but a power strip is much more convenient. Although the power strip is very helpful in providing different power sources, the various cords can easily be tangled up and create a large mess. Other than unplugging each cord and trying to untangle the knot, there is no easy solution. Untangling the knots is not an easy task and is very tedious if you need to do it often. A possible solution to this is a cylinder used wrap each cord around similar to the product used to wrap up hoses. This cylinder would utilize a crank to retract or and unravel the cords that are wrapped around it. This cylinder would be divided into six different sections to give the cords an individual space and more organized storage. This cylinder would easily attach to a power strip using two clamps that would hold the cylinder slightly above the power strip but holding it in place.
