Extruder Cable Guide / Spacer

My extruder cable was rubbing against the y-axis support beam so I needed a spacer that would keep it more parallel to the Filament Tube guide. I used @mnb99's model and hollowed out the middle to make it more flexible. I printed mine using PETG HF and recommend only using that since its more flexible.
