Extruder coupons

Yes, I know how to calibrate my esteps, but I wanted a small, fast-printing coupon to look at to verify my extruder calibration looks good in real life. These coupons give you a flat bottom to look at, to verify first-layer conditions, sides to verify good stacking and layer adhesion, and a top with a shallow (0.22mm deep) text to verify the top surface. Set them up with the shown extrusion rates and your preferred first-layer extrusion rate (I intentionally over-extrude my first layer by ~20% to give better build plate adhesion) and any other conditions of your choice.

I find 95% works best on my setup, but of course YMMV, which is the point of the test.
