extruder_dial_Big_2

I made a remix of Extruder Knob / Dial by robertwallace : shorter, larger, thicker, rougher ... nop, this is not a Daft Punk success ^^
- shorter because it's enough for my Anycubic i3 Mega printer
- larger and jagged for easier and precise turning
- thicker and bigger dial holes for smoother speed filament in/out

The v2 got 6 holes and smoothed teeth.

The v3 is simply nicer with only 5 holes
