extruder indicator dicstancer

This design is made increase the distance between the extruder indicator pin (wher the indicator or knob connect), from the Z-Axis screw. This is done to be able to attach larger indicators such as [Garen Spinning Extruder Indicator](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4975743).

It was designed for the Biqu b1, but should work for Ender 3 and other similar printers.

This should work with most extruder indicators , although i wouldn't trust the gears to be used with a manual knob.
That said, the turning direction of the new extroder pin is reversed to the original so if your indicator has a specific spin direction you should mirror it before slicing.

Feel free to make any adjastments and remixes. I tried to make the CAD as parametric is i could, but i ran into some problems.
The main one is that the gears have parameters that cannot be set dynamically. I did document these in the spreadsheet just like the dynamic ones, but if you change them, make sure you change manualy in the
