This is a remix of the extruder knob made by Sirpug. While it's a nice looking knob, it would collide with the tension arm of the extruder of the MicroSwiss Direct Drive kit.

I have ever so slightly tweaked the dimensions of the mounting hole such that the hole depth is 5mm, shaving off a bit from the top.

I have also scaled X and Y down to 98% for a tighter fit over the motor shaft.
