Extruder Knob

This is my take on the extruder knob. I've made the tolerance on the D cross section tight so it wouldn't strip out. I've also extrude cut that same cross section on top for future-proofing similar to dowel joint design system. The many teeth is for better gripping when the knob is being turned.
