Have a problem seeing what you are printing? Need a way to get more light on your extruder nozzle? I always had to use a flashlight to try and follow the extruder nozzle around. Most of the time I was way to slow, by the time I moved the flashlight the nozzle had moved again. Finally decided to mount some LEDs near or on the extruder.
This is a remodeled blower mount with a place to hold a printed circuit board with three jumbo LEDs. The printed circuit board will also hold the 200 ohm LED current limiting resistor. All the inter-connecting wiring will be inside the shelled out area behind the printed circuit board. Power comes directly from the 12 volt power supply (or through a switch if you want)
Wanted:
* More light
* Always shining on nozzle edge
* Not obstructing the view on the left side (I sit slightly off to the left side of the printer)
