When calibrating the extrusion multiplier of a 3D printer, we typically mark off 100mm and 120mm. I used to use my calipers to make these markings, but I find this somewhat tedious - I'd need to set the calipers to 100mm, mark the filament with a pen, adjust the calipers to 120mm, mark the filament, extrude 100mm, measure the results, and then repeat.
So I created a set of extrusion calibration "bars". Each bar has a length of 100mm and 120mm to help assist making easily (and repeatedly accurate) markings on the filament.
ExtrusionCalibrationBar-basic.stl: just a solid bar, with two lengths - 100mm and 1200mm.
ExtrusionCalibrationBar-1.80mm channels.stl: this version has two parallel "channels" with a diameter of 1.8mm, for use with 1.75mm filament.
ExtrusionCalibrationBar-3.00mm channels.stl: this version has two parallel "channels" with a diameter of 3.0mm, for use with 2.85mm filament.
