The cog on this Faber Blender melted while running it for a substantial amount of time, making bonemeal. I designed a more sturdy version, as an FDM print will likely need to be thicker than an injection molded part to withstand the operation of the blender. I printed in and ABS+ blend that shrinks a bit, but there was room for the bolt this fits on to. If you print with a low-shrinkage material it may be worthwhile to include some electrical tape, or similar padding around the bolt, so that it doesn't cause additional wear by turning inside the recess.
This may suit some other models of blender, as there's a large amount of matches for replacement couplers on Aliexpress, and guides on how to replace them. You will in the case of this design, need a reverse threaded M5 nut if the part you're replacing doesn't come with a compatible nut.
